Our institution, which continues to grow steadily without compromising the quality of its services, now operates not only from its offices in Beşiktaş and Ataşehir in Istanbul, but also from its London office located near Regent’s Park. Unlike the widely adopted independent and fragmented working model in the sector, all of our offices operate under a single umbrella — Global Yurtdışı Eğitim — working in a connected and coordinated manner to support our students.
Our consultants and team members approach every student with the understanding that each individual has a unique story and distinct goals. For this reason, rather than offering standardised packages, we provide personalised roadmaps tailored to each student’s individual needs.

| Mesud ERŞAHİN Mesut, the founder of Global Yurtdışı Eğitim Danışmanlığı, first recognised the transformative impact of international education in young people’s lives during his own studies in the United Kingdom. Observing the institutional gap within the sector, he took his first steps toward establishing a professional presence in this field. After graduating from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Istanbul Technical University, he brought his plans to life by creating a consultancy model built on accurate information, transparency, and trust. With the aim of raising quality and reliability standards in the international education sector, he played a leading role in the establishment of the International Education Consultants Association (UED) and continues to remain an active member today. By adopting reliable guidance, an ethical approach, and personalised planning tailored to each student’s needs as the core principles of the organisation’s culture, he now leads a team of experienced consultants who continue to operate in line with this vision. |
| Zeynep ERŞAHİN Zeynep has been actively involved in the international education sector since 1989 as one of the founding members of Global Yurtdışı Eğitim and currently holds the position of Academic Program Director at our Beşiktaş office. With nearly 40 years of experience, she is a specialist in high school education in the UK and Switzerland. She provides premium one-to-one guidance to students throughout every stage of their journey, supporting them not only with school applications but also with course selection and long-term academic planning. Throughout her career, Zeynep has guided thousands of students across all areas of international education, including summer schools, language schools, high school programs, undergraduate studies, and postgraduate programs abroad. Over the years, she has also managed the operational and academic processes of the office, playing a key role in building the strong institutional infrastructure the organisation has today. Zeynep graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Istanbul Technical University. She also spent a year in the United Kingdom participating in various educational programs, gaining firsthand experience of studying abroad. The insights she gained during this period continue to shape the guidance she provides to her students today. With her strong reputation in the sector, well-established relationships with partner institutions, and her perspective as a parent who has personally experienced the international education journey, Zeynep is a trusted advisor for families. For Zeynep, the right guidance does more than help a student choose a school — it helps shape a direction in life. | Neşe KARAGÖZ Neşe has been an active member of Global Yurtdışı Eğitim, working at the Beşiktaş office since 1996, and has been among the partners of the organisation since 2006. Over the course of her nearly 30 years of experience, she has guided thousands of students through their overseas education journeys. Throughout this time, her role has extended beyond consultancy, as she has built strong and lasting relationships with students and their families, many of which have continued as meaningful friendships over the years. By participating in educational programs, workshops, professional seminars, and international school fairs both in Turkey and abroad, she closely follows developments within the sector. Through direct communication with partner schools, she gathers valuable insights and regularly shares this knowledge with her team. She also visits partner schools on site to evaluate their academic quality, safety standards, and program suitability. These first-hand observations enable her to provide well-informed guidance and share valuable feedback with the team. For more than 20 years, she played an active role as Education Projects Group Coordinator in the planning and execution of the summer school and cultural programs organised for Bilfen Schools, contributing to the successful completion of programs for hundreds of students. As the manager of the Global Yurtdışı Eğitim Beşiktaş Office, Neşe provides direct support to students particularly in academic summer school programs. In other areas of education, she ensures that students are connected with the most suitable advisor, helping each student’s process progress smoothly and effectively. The relationships she has built and the trust she has earned over the years remain the most valuable and meaningful aspects of her profession. |
| Aslı ŞEN Aslı has been working within our organisation since 2007 and, with nearly 20 years of sector experience, has specialised in UK university and postgraduate admissions counseling. After many years of active involvement across various educational areas at our Beşiktaş office, she has been leading our Ataşehir office as General Coordinator since 2020. In this role, she not only leads her team but also provides strategic guidance to students throughout their academic journeys. Following her education at Trakya University, she shaped her career in the field of educational consultancy. She has participated in academic programs in London, Cambridge, and Chicago, gaining firsthand experience of student life abroad. By integrating these experiences into her advisory approach, she is able to address the expectations of both students and their families from a well-rounded perspective. With a professional counseling approach, she has successfully managed the application, admission, and visa processes of hundreds of students. Rather than limiting the process to placement alone, she continues to guide her students throughout every stage of their education abroad. With her experience, transparent approach, and long-term planning perspective, Aslı continues to offer her students not only a program, but also the right strategy and a sustainable academic roadmap. |
| Selçuk BALIKÇI Selçuk has nearly 20 years of experience in the international education sector and, with his pedagogical training, has played an active role in guiding hundreds of students through their overseas education journeys. He specialises particularly in international high school programs and provides comprehensive guidance to students at the Global Yurtdışı Eğitim Danışmanlığı Beşiktaş office, supporting them throughout every stage of the process—from academic planning to school selection. In addition to his extensive knowledge of high school systems in countries such as the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Canada, he also offers families well-informed guidance regarding summer school and language education programs. With his pedagogical background and hands-on experience, he assesses each student’s academic profile, learning style, and development needs to recommend the most suitable country, school, and program. Selçuk holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gazi University and a Master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety from Istanbul Yeni Yüzyıl University. Throughout his career, he has reviewed numerous partner institutions, including summer schools, high schools, and language school campuses in person. By evaluating their academic structures, accommodation standards, and campus life firsthand, he is able to share detailed insights directly with students and families. His international experience, gained through travels to more than 30 countries, enables families to move forward in their decision-making processes with confidence. |
| Emir ERŞAHİN Emir graduated with high distinction from the International Economics and Politics undergraduate program at King’s College London (KCL). Following his graduation, he worked for 2.5 years as a Research Analyst at an international company in London. He began his education in Turkey at Bilfen College and gained international academic exposure at an early age by attending several summer school programs in the United Kingdom. After continuing his studies at Austrian High School (Avusturya Lisesi) in Turkey, he attended a Humboldt Institut summer program in Germany and later continued his high school education at Gymnasium Lindenberg in Germany. He subsequently completed his A-Level diploma at Saint Michael’s School in the United Kingdom, where he also served as a prefect in the boarding school. Having personally experienced different education systems in Turkey, Germany, and the United Kingdom, Emir provides families with realistic and trustworthy guidance, particularly on topics such as high school transitions, studying abroad during secondary education, and university planning. In addition, he has visited and assessed numerous high school campuses in Switzerland and the United Kingdom, enabling him to share first-hand insights with students about their academic structures, campus life, and learning environments. Drawing on the analytical perspective he developed as a research analyst, Emir approaches education consultancy with a strategic and objective mindset, helping students carefully evaluate and plan their academic paths. Today, Emir works at Global Yurtdışı Eğitim’s London Office, where he supports students in confidently choosing the most suitable educational pathways, with a particular focus on academic programs and summer schools. |
| Eren ERŞAHİN Eren graduated from the undergraduate program in Politics and Sociology at University College London (UCL), one of the leading universities in the United Kingdom and worldwide. During his time at UCL, he held various roles in think tanks and the UK Parliament, bringing the academic and social experience he gained in the UK into his consultancy work. From the age of 10, he attended various summer schools in the UK and later completed his secondary education at RGS Surrey Hills and Mill Hill School. During this period, he served as a student representative and worked actively with school administrations. In addition to his experience with UK summer schools, secondary education, and university life, Eren combines this background with his foundation from Bilfen College, enabling him to provide students and families with accurate and up-to-date information when selecting schools that align with their goals. Having personally experienced the British education system from a young age, he has a strong understanding of the academic and social processes students may encounter and shares these insights directly with students and families. Eren works at the London office of Global Yurtdışı Eğitim, where he supports students throughout their educational journey. Having personally experienced the British education system, he provides first-hand insight while contributing to the team as one of the youngest and most energetic members of the organisation. |
| Melih Safa ÖZŞENEL Melih has been guiding students and their families at our Global Yurtdışı Eğitim Beşiktaş office since 2022, with a particular focus on language schools and summer school programs. He holds a degree in Public Relations and Advertising from Sakarya University and, with his strong communication skills and solution-oriented approach, carefully guides students through every stage of their educational journey — from the initial application to the completion of their programs. Melih has personally visited and closely reviewed many partner schools across the UK, including London, Cambridge, Brighton, and Oxford. The insights he gained from these visits serve as a valuable reference when helping students plan their education. By combining his on-the-ground experience in the UK with the insights he has gained from working closely with many students throughout their education journeys, Melih provides reliable guidance in selecting the right school and program while professionally managing every stage of the process. |
| Beliz KOCAMANOĞLU Beliz graduated from the Department of English Language and Literature at Istanbul Yeni Yüzyıl University. During her university education, she actively participated in various student clubs and, through her literature-based studies, developed strong reading and analytical skills. She holds professional certificates in personal stress management, customer relations, and Shakespeare. In 2023, she spent time in the United Kingdom, where she had the opportunity to experience British culture firsthand. Since 2025, she has been working at Global Yurtdışı Eğitim Danışmanlığı, where she manages communication and operational processes at our Beşiktaş office. As the first point of contact for students and their families, she plays an important role in ensuring smooth office coordination and supporting them throughout the initial stages of their journey. | Dünyam ÇALGAN Dünyam graduated from Yeditepe University in 2014 with a degree in Biomedical Engineering. Following her graduation, she gained experience both within her field and in institutions known for their strong focus on human relations. In 2020, she joined the Global Yurtdışı Eğitim family. She has visited and observed numerous language schools, high schools, and university campuses across the United Kingdom, particularly in London, Cambridge, Oxford, and Brighton. These visits provided her with the opportunity to closely examine and compare different education systems. Over the years, she has been sharing her knowledge and experience with students at the Global Yurtdışı Eğitim Ataşehir Office, offering one-to-one guidance for language school and summer school programs. She also provides comprehensive consultancy for university and master’s degree applications. In addition, she carefully manages the exam and interview processes that play a key role in helping students secure admissions and academic scholarships during high school application procedures.
